Our goal is to ease your daily regimen so that you can spend more time on things that matter. Karla Cruz, the owner, has over 15 years experience and hopes to provide you the most personalized service imaginable. When deciding all your beauty need we take into consideration your face shape, eye shape and use the golden ratio to take the right measurements to enhance your eyes and brows. Very detailed work that we make looks so easy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At The Eyeconic Lash, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect our artists’ time and provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policies. • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone or through our online booking system. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Same-day reschedules or reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. ⸻ DEPOSITS & PAYMENT • A valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit is required to book any service. • The deposit is applied toward your service total. If you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs an additional deposit for your next appointment may be required. • Appointments cannot be scheduled without a card and deposit on file. ⸻ LATE POLICY • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule. • If rescheduled due to lateness, a rescheduling fee may apply. • Appointment time cannot be extended due to late arrival. ⸻ REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS • No refunds are offered for services. • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address and resolve the issue. ⸻ ADDITIONAL POLICIES • Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared with family or friends. • After-hours appointments (before or after normal business hours), if approved by the owner, will include an additional $25 fee.
